Proposed agenda for the inital public meeting for the formation of a residents association for the Beech Park / South Park area.

1. Welcome and Introductions.

2. Guest Speaker (if any).

3. Priorities / concerns within the area.

4. Moition that a residents association be formed and the aggreement of a residents association name.

5. Agree initial aims and objectives of the residents association.

6. Agree how a residents association could be funded, if there is a requirement for an annual residents association membership fee and what if any an annual fee may be.

7. Agree a residents association constitution.

8. Election of a residents association commitee.

9. Agree a date  and venue for the next residents association meeting if a residents association formation has been agreed as per above.
