Action (July 2026)

• Contacted DLRCC to verfify if the tennis courts are covered under "taking in charge" policy

• Contacted DLRCC parks department re maintenance that needs to be carried out on the tennis courts 

• Followed up on an initial request to one of our area TD's and councillor re the state of repair of the tennis courts 

• Contacted some other councillors to discuss the state of repair of the tennis courts 

Responce

• DLRCC confirmed they are responsible for the tennis courts and that they are included in "taking in charge"

• DLRCC parks department have confirmed receipt of request and that they will revert etc

• Councillor Dan Carson will be proposing the following on the 7th September, see below
