Governance Information (the type of information to be included in the future)

It is key that a residents association is managed in an appropriate manner, complies with the constitution of the residents association and represents all members of the residents association in an appropriate manner, thus the following types of documents will be generated and available to any member of the residents association in the future 

• Organisation structure & contact details of commitee members in the residents association

• Constitution of the residents association 

• Accounts of the residents association

• Meeting minutes of residents association commitee meetings 

• Annual report of the residents association 

• Information related to any grant funding requests made by the residents association

• Information regarding public liability insurance 

• Information regarding being a member of the DLRPPN

• Residents association complaints process (hopefully never required)
